Refund policy

Our return window is 15 days from the date of delivery. If 15 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Everything at Jules Obsession is custom made to order. If a return is accepted, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover disassembly and handling. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return postage is the customer's responsibility.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required along with a note explaining the reason for the return.

To initiate a return, contact us at julesobsession@yahoo.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can make it right.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at julesobsession@yahoo.com to arrange an exchange.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at julesobsession@yahoo.com.

Shipping All packages are shipped with tracking. Once shipped, Jules Obsession is not responsible for missing, lost, or packages marked as delivered. To return your product, mail it to: 720 South Bradner Road, Port Clinton, OH 43452.

If you are shipping an item over $35, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
